What is Foundry 101?

Foundry 101 is a half-day, interactive training session designed to educate Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing Personnel on the design, manufacture, and processing of sand-cast iron castings produced by the foundry.

Mr. Kirsh has over 35 years' experience in the foundry industry. He and his brother, Steve Kirsh, are the third generation of Kirsh family members to own and operate Kirsh Foundry.

Corporate Sessions

A session can be scheduled specifically for your company or group. A minimum of four participants is required to schedule. Registration fees are waived for corporate sessions. All sessions are held on-site at Kirsh Foundry, and include an in-depth foundry tour to complement the learning process.

Registration and FeesNovember 8th  

All sessions start at 8:00am and last until 12:00pm. Please note that Foundry 101 is offered complimentary to the first three individuals attending from each organization.

Subsequent registrations are subject to a $50 registration fee. Fees are invoiced upon confirmation of registration and must be paid prior to the start of the session.
